About Convence

We started in January 2017 with a simple belief: good products come from understanding people, not guessing. Over the past decade, we've designed and built over 400 websites, developped 5 games and crafted 5 native applications. Whereof only 1 got published. That wasn't hesitation. It was learning.

We've spent years studying how development studios actually work, what testers actually need, and where the biggest friction points are. We've talked to dozens of developers, sat through countless beta cycles, and learned what separates products that ship on time from products that don't.
Three founders. Deep experience in web design, software architecture, and game development. An obsession with relationships and understanding problems before solving them. That's Convene.
And now, with everything we've learned, we're ready. Ready to publish Rocket Launcher (Rola). It isnt our first app. Or our first game. But it's the tool we wished we had to build what we couldn't.

Convene is a founding team building applications, software and games. We're not yet formally incorporated, but that doesn't mean we're not operating.

We actively negotiate partnerships, consult with studios, and provide early access to research participants and partner institutions. All intellectual property created during development, including Rocket Launcher (Rola) and all other services, products, tools and similar, is owned by the people behind Convene and protected under Swiss law.
Our commitment is simple: we move like a real company because we are one. Just not yet on paper.
The three people behind Convence

We've known each other for over a decade. We went to school together, wrote stories together, played them, reinvented them. That wasn't just fun. It was how we learned to build things.
Today, we come from three completely different industries, each bringing expertise the others don't have. It's the kind of fragmentation that could be chaos, except we've been learning to work together since we were kids.
That foundation matters. We're not a group of consultants who found each other on LinkedIn. We're three people who've already spent years understanding how to take an idea and actually ship it. We know how to disagree. We know how to solve problems together.
That's what Convene is. That's who we are.
